Chris Dolan
President

Chris Dolan, President and Founding Partner of 365 Main,
brings over 14 years of professional management and leadership experience in design and construction to the organization. Dolan is responsible for the company’s over-all vision, strategy and growth. Prior to 365 Main, Dolan served as Director of Design and Construction for MFN, Inc., There, he was responsible for the creation of over 800,000 square feet of colocation facilities including the super-structure endeavor now known as 365 Main.

Dolan, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Teutonic, Inc., a Bay Area design management
firm, previously held management positions with The Clark Construction Group, Inc., as well as HITT Contracting, the largest TI contractor in Washington, DC. Dolan's vast experience in the construction industry includes managing commercial base building, renovation, and interior construction projects. Accomplishments include multiple private school developments, the AOL Headquarters in Sterling, Virginia, as well as successfully managing complete project teams while maintaining an extensive client base.

Dolan graduated from The Catholic University of America with a degree in Architectural Design.



 
 
 

James A. McGrath
Senior Vice President, Operations

James McGrath, Vice President and Founding Partner of
365 Main, brings over 14 years of professional management
and construction experience to the organization. McGrath has extensive experience in hands-on management, coordination, and delivery of project activities while effectively managing customer relationships. His guidance and oversight in the smooth deployment of customers and carrier partners enables small and large customers alike to look to 365 Main as their solution for colocation needs. Formerly McGrath served as Regional Construction Manager for MFN, Inc, a leading provider of network infrastructure services overseeing the company’s largest and most complex customer data center deployments.

McGrath’s experience highlights successful management positions with Opus Corporation, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers, as well as Clark Construction Group, Inc., Washington DC’s largest general contractor.

McGrath holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He is also a California licensed General Building Contractor.


 

 
 
 

Jean Paul Balajadia
Senior Vice President, Engineering

Jean Paul Balajadia, Vice President and Founding Partner of
365 Main, brings 14 years experience in the design, construction, and operation of critical facilities industry to the organization. Balajadia holds responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the facility and facility engineering staff including the 24/7 Remote Hands NOC personnel. Prior to joining 365 Main, Balajadia served as Manager of Site Operations for AboveNet Communications where he provided support for commissioning all critical infrastructures and wrote all Standard Operating Procedures for electrical and mechanical systems. Balajadia was an integral part of the sales and business development team for the San Francisco data center.

Balajadia served as a member of the senior manager team for Alfa Tech Consulting Engineers where he performed as lead electrical engineer and overall project manager for multi-disciplined teams. Balajadia’s past positions included design for over 5 million square feet of data center,
lab and clean room manufacturing space globally for Exodus Communications, Cisco Systems, Chiron, Amgen, Novellus, Genentech and BEA Systems.

Balajadia has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in
Worcester, MA.


 

 

 

Kevin Louie

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Louie brings over 13 years professional financial experience to the company. Louie joined 365 Main from
Rockwood Capital, a real estate investment firm headquartered San Francisco. At Rockwood Capital, a founding investment partner in 365 Main, Louie drove the investments that fueled 365 Main's growth and expansion into the data center development and management market.

Louie is a graduate of UCLA and received an MBA from the University of Southern California, specializing in real estate and finance. Prior to joining Rockwood Capital, he was employed by Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).



 
 
 
Kevin T. Shanahan

Vice President Sales

Kevin Shanahan brings over 15 years of extensive sales management and senior business development experience to
365 Main. Shanahan brings with him a vast network of leading data center contacts and industry knowledge contributing to the company’s rapid expansion and growth. Prior to 365 Main, Shanahan served as a National Account Manager for Pac-West Telecomm, where he was responsible for revenue growth, and strategic partner accounts.

Previously, Shanahan held the position of National Account Manager for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN) where he was responsible for revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expanding relationship with existing customers. Shanahan was solely responsible for developing MFN’s CENIC relationship and executing significant dark fiber contracts in Northern California, consistently performing above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shanahan has held various account management positions including Global Service Consultant at MCI where he exceeded a 134% revenue quota, and Director of Development for Grace Cathedral, responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all development and
fund-raising efforts to ensure successful completion of concurrent $4.1 million Annual Fund
goals and Capital Campaign contributions.

Shanahan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and is the recipient of numerous industry awards and top achievement recognition.



 

 

Miles Kelly

Vice President, Marketing & Strategy

Miles Kelly brings over 12 years of marketing leadership
to the company. Kelly is responsible for defining and
executing the company's strategic marketing initiatives, increasing global awareness of 365 Main, and accelerating
365 Main's reach into new and growing markets.

Prior to 365 Main, Kelly led the Enterprise marketing strategy for Interwoven. While at Interwoven, Kelly introduced complete solutions for IT Operations professionals, and helped establish the company as a recognized leader according to analyst firms Gartner and Forrester
Research. Prior to joining Interwoven, Kelly held senior marketing positions with leading technology companies including Inktomi, AboveNet and PointCast.

Kelly is a recognized industry leader and a well regarded author on topics such as IT Compliance, content distribution and document management strategies. Kelly holds a Marketing degree from of Santa Clara University.




 

 

Marcy Maxwell

Vice President Security

Marcy Maxwell brings 15 years of industry security experience
to 365 Main. Maxwell currently manages all customer relations and security operations, and is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of all security related process, procedure, and systems. Maxwell successfully assembled a team of security professionals to ensure process consistency and predictability for the quality 24/7 systems deployed at 365 Main. Maxwell was instrumental in developing operational and customer facing tools to define the optimal path for serving and achieving new levels of effectiveness, efficiency, teamwork, and customer service.

Prior to 365 Main, Maxwell was Security Manager for AboveNet Communications for five consecutive years. During her tenure, she successfully developed, implemented, and maintained the quality processes and procedures required to sustain a work environment
that was physically secure from the threat of crime and free of hazards. Maxwell held direct responsibility in the security design and project management of AboveNet’s Tier One world-class Western Region colocation Data Centers. 



 

 

Paul Silliman
Vice President Real Estate

Paul Silliman brings nearly two decades of real estate
experience to 365 Main. Silliman will define and lead the
execution of 365 Main’s geographic expansion strategy into
new and growing markets.

Silliman joins 365 Main from Equinix Inc., where he oversaw the acquisition of more than 1.2 million square feet of data center facilities and was instrumental in guiding the company from a leasing model toward its current purchase and development strategy.

A licensed California attorney, Silliman has also served as corporate counsel for Equinix and several other Bay Area technology companies, and has a background in construction and development. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Davis.



 

 

Asa Donohugh
Vice President Operations

Asa Donohugh brings nearly 12 years of professional experience in the technology industry to 365 Main. Donohugh is responsible for day to day operations of all facilities including the 24/7 Customer Support Center. Prior to his operations role, Donohugh oversaw all customer deployment activities across the entire 365 Main Portfolio.

Before joining 365 Main, Donohugh worked as the Director of Business Development for JMA Wired, a San Francisco based data center, where he managed data center sales and operations. Donohugh also had similar responsibilities at COLO.COM, a provider of carrier neutral colocation facilities.

Donohugh is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
