THE COMPLETION OF ISO 9000:2000

Critical Facility Looks Forward to Profitability
SAN FRANCISCO, CA., February
7, 2005 –– 365 Main,

today announced the completion of its ISO 9000:2000 certification
audit. ISO 9000:2000 is an internationally recognized standard
for "quality management" that measures an organization's
ability to fulfill customers' quality requirements. The certification
also recognizes all applicable regulatory requirements, while
aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual
improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.
365 Main's facility procedures, maintenance records, inventory
control processes, and employee training were all placed under
an audited review to be able to receive this industry certification.
ISO (International Organization
for Standardization) is the source of the ISO 9000 and ISO
14000 families of quality and environmental management standards
and have over 14000 International Standards for business,
government, and society. ISO is a network of national standards
instituted from 146 countries, who work together in partnership
with international organizations, governments, industry, business,
and consumer representatives.
