EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Oct. 17, 2005 — "We are open for business and we are right
on schedule to meet the needs of Southern California," Chris Dolan, CEO of 365 Main,

The Mission Critical facility in El Segundo is 131,000 square feet with over 71,000 square feet of data center space, Dolan said. "Data center availability is really at a critical point in Southern California, so we are pleased that we have come online at this time," he continued. "We endeavor to replicate the success we have had in San Francisco and move that model of service across the country."

Ron Hughes of California Data Center Design Group was retained to ensure the recommissioning was well-managed. "We hit the ground running since many of the folks were here when the building was originally built, so they intimately knew the systems and the technology. It is a great team and we hope to involve the same group with all of 365 Main's expansion plans throughout the country," Hughes said.

Dolan agreed, "We have some very positive plans for our growth, and with this team of professionals we know we can get into a facility, get our arms around it very quickly and open for business in the shortest amount of time."

The building boasts of some of the best technology in the data center management field. The plans to fill the building are also very aggressive but "very achievable," Dolan said. "Some of our neighbors are the acknowledged leaders in their fields and we believe the levels of service, support and cost effectiveness that has established 365 Main in the marketplace will help attract them to our facility.
