365 MAIN APPOINTS PAUL SILLIMAN
AS VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July 27, 2006 — 365 Main Inc., developer and operator of the world’s finest data centers, has appointed Paul R. Silliman as vice president of real estate. As a member of the executive management team, Silliman will define and lead the execution of 365 Main’s geographic expansion strategy into new and growing markets.

Silliman joins 365 Main from Equinix Inc., where he oversaw the acquisition of more than 1.2 million square feet of data center facilities and was instrumental in guiding the company from a leasing model toward its current purchase and development strategy. A licensed California attorney, Silliman has also served as corporate counsel for Equinix and several other Bay Area technology companies, and has a background in construction and development. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Davis.
